The aspect of Health and Wellness is a tricky subject to discuss as there is a fine line between what we review and what is professional advice.
We can’t provide professional advise since we’re not professionals!!
What we will do is provide a fair and personal assessment.
If we find it good then we’ll say it’s good, if we find it not good, then we’ll toss it, is that fair?
As they say in those commercials and radio ads, always be sure to read the instructions and consult a professional before usage.
The Health and Wellness for Many?
We are now in a time when many in society that we call Baby Boomers are steadily entering their senior years.
Studies over the decades have predicted this coming and that society should prepare for gentrification.
No other country is experiencing this more than Japan, where their aging population has exceeded their birth rates.
And as such demand for more services and products catering to the aging population have just exploded.
However, they are still finding that their health and senior services can barely keep up, and are often overwhelm.
The same is happening in North America which is currently experiencing a surge in health and wellness services and products.
The professional and public medical facilities are often not enough even though governments plan to build more.
Which is why we are now seeing so many private health and wellness businesses open up.
They cater more for those who are willing or able to pay for their services.
This is not to say that what they provide is not helpful or healthy, they are providing a service after all.
Supplementing, and often providing where the public services cannot.
But let’s just say, as the old adage goes, “let the buyer beware”, and often, “you get what you pay for”.
Take care of your health first
I often hear over many conversations with seniors that they always regret not having taken more care of their health when they were younger.
Over the course of our busy lives this one simple concept to take care of our health is easily overlooked, and often put off for another time.
We carelessly defer it thinking that we could just eat that healthy fruit later, or take the escalator instead of stairs another day.
Until a sudden health concern appears and we are faced with the prospect of a long road to recovery.
Had we been more aware and keen on purposely keeping fit and healthy, many of the aches and pains could be avoided. Not to mention the expensive medical costs.
It is with this key premise that we approach health and wellness with an openness to all things that can help our health in any way.
From the proactive to the preventative, for the young to the old. So as to be beneficial for everyone!
